Our Story
After a successful football career at Florida State University and in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns, Nile Lawrence-Stample traded in his cleats for a pressure washer — and hasn’t looked back. In 2018, he founded NLS Cleaning with one mission: to bring a championship-level work ethic and unbeatable customer service to the exterior cleaning industry.
Since then, NLS has grown into one of the most trusted pressure washing companies in Northeast Florida, serving homes and businesses from Jacksonville and the Beaches to St. Augustine, Nocatee, and Fernandina. Some folks just call him “The Man.” Nile leads the team with the same grit and camaraderie he brought to the football field. A natural leader, he’s hands-on with every part of the business — from perfecting the clean to making sure every customer feels heard and taken care of.
Erica is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly — from client communication and scheduling to the day-to-day operations. She’s also Nile’s better half, bringing heart, organization, and a whole lot of hustle to the business. If you’ve ever had a seamless experience with us, chances are Erica was behind it.
